3 CREDAWARD Shortlist

The shortlist for the 11th CREDAWARD Real Estate Design Awards · China was recently announced. All three projects submitted by CLOU Architects have been successfully shortlisted, selected from a total of 1,042 entries submitted by 295 institutions across 21 countries. The team will advance to compete for the Gold and Silver Awards in September this year.

Commercial

• Wuhan Ski Resort
  Client: Wuhan Urban Investment, Sunac

A variety of entertainment, sports, and retail facilities groups around a central lake to form a super-large commercial complex. An indoor ski slope, outdoor theme park, and retail street merge through a unified design language to form an immersive urban leisure landmark.

• Kunming Duhui Peninsula
  Client: Vanke

This town center not only redefines the boundary between city and community with its landmark form, but also reshapes Kunming’s spirit of “quality living” through tea culture, and community co-creation.
