DJSER officially announced the 7th CREDAWARD Shortlisted Projects. The organizing committee has received 1,919 projects from 502 companies. Participating institutions and works cover 17 countries and regions including China, USA, Singapore, Thailand, UK, Germany, Italy, Canada, Japan, Spain, Denmark, Australia, France, UAE, and Vietnam. Finally, 652 works of 285 participating institutions were shortlisted. 

In 2020, Play Stack Shenyang and Shoukai Vanke Beijing Centre won two CRED Awards. This year, four CLOU projects, UNIFUN Tianfu Chengdu, Starry Street Wuhou, and Cube Gallery Hangzhou were announced as Merit Award Winners in the category of Public Building. Capitaland Nuohemule has been selected as a winner in the category of Interior Design.
