Great News! Paradise Walk Jiangchen has been announced Winner of the ICONIC AWARDS 2021: Innovative Architecture Selection,  in the CONCEPT- Visionary Architecture category.

Paradise Walk Wuhan Jiangchen is the first flagship commercial complex developed by CGGC and Longfor in Wuhan, which serves up to 1.6 million of the city population within the range of 5 kilometers.

The first bridge across the Yangtze was built in Wuhan, establishing the city’s pivotal importance in linking China’s northern and southern regions. As such, CLOU places themes associated with this river crossing at the heart of the design for Paradise Walk Wuhan Jiangchen. Three individually themed spaces – The Source, The Gorge, and The Bridge – provide a unique framework for movement and social interaction, as they encourage visitors to explore or dwell. Experiential check-in points alongside the three atriums serve as a platform for creative events, and, together with a variety of restaurants, transform the mall into a vibrant leisure destination.

Our internationally respected, impartial design and architecture competition honors holistic projects in the fields of architecture, interior architecture, product design, and brand communication. This is the fourth year that CLOU has been recognized by the German Design Council since 2016. We will continue to seek innovative design solutions and realizing each project’s core attractiveness with the passage of time. The awards ceremony for the ICONIC AWARDS 2021: Innovative Architecture competition is guaranteed to attract media attention and will be held on 11th October 2021 in the architecturally renowned Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich.
