The architecture design of the Guangzhou Vanke Shabu Avenue Commercial Plot and Culture Centre by CLOU architects has entered the final stage of construction!

Vanke Shabu Avenue Retail and Culture Centre is located in Shabu Village of Huangpu District, Guangzhou City. The design scope of this project includes three main plots, namely Plot 4, Plot 6 and the Cultural Centre, with a total area of 9,821 square metres. Through a unified and continuous design language, CLOU creates a ‘Superblock’ that integrates retail and living, to provide a community centre with both commercial and cultural scenes for the neighbouring residents, which also contributes to the future regeneration of the Shabu old town. The project is expected to be revealed by the end of 2023.
